Sharon Carstairs Caring Community Award  - The Sharon Carstairs Caring Community Award established by Hospice Palliative Care Manitoba (HPCM) to assist local Manitoba initiatives to improve programs, services and care of the dying and their families is now in its’ second year.  We invite communities to review the criteria and submit a nomination for review by the committee. Due to the overwhelming response we received in donations towards this award – we have increased the award amount to $1,000.    Sharon Carstairs Caring Community Award 2013.pdf
