Who is eligible? Membership is open to all.

What are the benefits? Annual membership demonstrates your support for the development of hospice palliative care in Manitoba and across the country. It enables your provincial and national organizations to speak with a strong voice.

Membership is available in two categories:

Annual Individual Joint Membership for $45.00 includes the following benefits:

• A voice in hospice palliative care

• Access to information and resources

• Quarterly newsletters from HPCM (Hospice & Palliative Care Manitoba) and CHPCA(Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association)

• A vote at the annual general meetings of HPCM and CHPCA

• Reduced prices for resources sold by CHPCA

• Advance notice of CHPCA biennial national conference

Annual Group Joint Membership for $100.00 includes the following benefits:

• Quarterly newsletters

• Access to information and resources

• A voice in hospice palliative care

• A vote at the annual general meeting

• A 10% discount on HPCM education programs

• A 10%discount on two HPCM conference registrations

• Discounts with CHPCA on publications and activities
